Elara is a witch chosen by Dyani, the celestial of creation. Dyani is incapable of combat, but she seeks to protect her creations from man's destruction, that's where Elara comes in. She fights using her magic but doesn't tend to be cruel in any manner. She only fights for the protection of nature, not for humanity's.Her magic is black/white monochromatic but texture is open to interpretation. She uses her magic regularly out of convenience as well, it is not reserved for combat.Most of her familiars are animals she's helped that decided to stay with her. Elara forms a special connection with her familiars. She is able to see through their eyes, and hear through their ears. She can use her familiars as conduits for her senses and controls them. She tries to do this sparingly as it pushes the familiar's spirit out and using this ability for too long will affect her familiar's spiritual connection with their physical forms.However, Elara's familiar "Airi" is different. Airi was given to Elara by Dyani and is a creature of the celestial realm. Airi transmits messages between Elara and Dywani instantaneously so they can communicate and report to each other easily. Airi can also be used to communicate with the celestial counsel if needed. Airi also lets Elara travel to and from the celestial realm, as well as access it's wealth of magical energy. This allows Elara to pull more or less energy from the realm as needed.

Celestial Messenger
Bestowed to Elara by Dyani, Airi acts as a messenger between them and, as such, can be summoned by either at a whim. Airi is also the only means by which Elara has access to the celestial realm, where she can commune with Dyani and the rest of the Celestial Counsel. Airi also observes and reports Elara's actions, decisions, and movements. This "spying" can sometimes annoy Elara but Airi can also benefit Elara by allowing her to pull power from the celestial realm in dire circumstances.

Jackalope, faithful companion
Yutu may not be the brightest but Elara saved his home and they've been inseparable since. Elara does her best to keep Yutu out of harms way and takes his safety very seriously

Bakun

Python, silent watcher
Elara is unsure of what she did to earn Bakun's trust, but his loyalty is unmoving. Bakun helps Elara largely in the way of spying on those who dare enter her domain. He can hide in the forest in silence, he acts as her sentinel.
